Gen Y teaches Gen Z

 

The new day began with a prayer in the college chapel. First class was taken by Dr. Giby ma'am. Ma'am taught us the nature of psychology and also gave a story of the topic shrink the glass of expectation.

Next class was taken by Dr. Maya ma'am. Ma'am taught us the aim, curriculum, self realization of education in idealism, school of philosophy.

The next 2 hours was our optional class. Ma'am gave us the time to practice the talent hunt programme which is to be conducted on 10th February 2021. 

After lunch break, the 2 hours were taken by our respected principal Dr. K Y Benedict sir. In this class sir taked about the generation gap and different names of generation. People born between the years 1944 - 1964 are called baby boomers, 1964 - 1984 are called X generation or digital migrants, 1984 - 2004 are called Y generation or digital natives and 2004 - 2024 are called Z generation or millennials. In the current situation the digital migrants teaches digital natives and in the upcoming years digital natives teaches millennials. So we must always update our selves with the latest technology to keep up with the future generation.

The last 2 hours was taken by Dr. Joju sir. Sir conducted a panel discussion in the topics password security, role of teacher in educational technology, role of parents and child locks software. There were  6 participants for the panel discussion each an optional. There talk was informative.
