Self defence 🙅🙅

The day began with a prayer in the college chapel. Today was the day to submit our school induction report, so that all students were busy.

First hour was taken by Dr. Jiby ma'am. Ma'am started the class by asking questions for checking the previous knowledge. After that ma'am taught us the different disequilibrium stages. Also, ma'am shared about umm umm therapy. In our busy life, all of us need a person, who listen to our problems. Umm umm therapy will gave us such a person. 

Around 10:40 am to 11:45 am, we had an interactive session on the reflection of our school induction programme in the presence of principal Dr. K Y Benedict sir. 

From each group of the school induction programme, a representative shared their experience with us.

After that our college union 20-21, Oath taking ceremony was held in the college auditorium. Subin take the responsibility as college chairman.

After lunch, first hour was taken by Dr. Ancy ma'am. Ma'am conducted a small test paper on Froebel. 

After class, the Women's Club held a small event to mark Women's Day. 3 Ladies police officers came and gave instructions for self defense system. They gave some demonstrations on how to protect us from various violations against women. It was an amazing class and it gave me a lot of ideas on how to protect yourself.
