13th day of teaching practice 👩🏫👩🏫👩🏫
Today we arrived a little late at the school, around 08:45 am. Today we were saved by Sajin. He took his car to come to school. Due to heavy rain, we didn't go to our morning duty.
In the first hour, I prepared for the next class. In the second hour, I reached my class. When I arrived, I realised that the first hour was free for them. So before the bell rang, I started the class. I started the class with a silent prayer. Then, to test students' readiness, I gave them a riddle. Students actively answered the riddle. After that, I checked students' prior knowledge of arithmetic operations; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Then I divided the class into 5 groups and named them addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and square root. Since they have already solved some of the problems in the first two sections before the teaching practise starts, it's become easy to teach them the first section completely. I ended the class by recalling the method of solving problems of addition and subtraction and giving homework to do.
In the third and fourth hours, I started to prepare my last LP.
In the afternoon, I went to noon-meal distribution duty and had food with friends.
In the 6th hour, unexpectedly, I got a free period in 8D class. I immediately ran to my class and took the remaining portions. In that class, I concluded the introduction portion of equations. In each class, I need to give notes to students. That takes too much time in my class. Due to the substitution class, my signed LPs were completed. So I need permission from Deepthi, the teacher, to attend class tomorrow. So I decided to take some signs from Deepthi's teacher after school.
In the 7th hour, I didn't get any classes for substitution.
The day ended with evening duty.
