Today I arrived at the school at 8:40 am. I started my day with a little anger and sadness.
After arriving, I went to the office for signing and then started morning duty. In the first hour, I started preparing for the next class. Then Varsha Chechi informed us that Maya, the teacher, would come and observe our class. Since I have class in the second hour, I am sure that Maya, the teacher, will come and observe my class. So I decided to take my class more effectively.
In the second hour, I went to my class and informed my students that my teacher would come, so I would take the class in English. They agreed, and I started the classroom with a silent prayer. My students struggle while using the English language. So I helped them. Before my class began, Maya's teacher came and sat in the free place. I started the class with a quote from the Almanack of Naval Rankant.

Then I checked students' prior knowledge by giving an activity card. After that, I asked one student to read the question in the textbook and explain it to the whole class. Then they asked students to solve the problem using a direct approach. After that, I asked students to do the problem using the inversion method.
We did two more problems in the class. To make a clear understanding of a question, I used some real-life examples. That made students easily understand the problem, and they ended the class by giving homework .
In the third hour i rushly went to the allotted place and observed the comments given by Maya teacher. I were happy by seeing the comments by Maya teacher. Because teacher given comments by considering each and every negatives of my classroom arrangement. I very thankful to my teacher.
In the 4th hour, I got a substitution hour in my 8D class. So I took the last problem in the session, "Different Changes. It's a difficult problem. So I need to explain it more clearly. Otherwise, it can be solved. I illustrated each step for the students. Some of them grabbed it quickly, but some didn't. So I took one whole class to explain the question. At the end hour, I got a substitution hour in my 8D class. So I took the last problem in the session, "Different Changes." It's a difficult problem. So I need to explain it more clearly. Otherwise, it can be solved. I illustrated each step for the students. Some of them grabbed it quickly, but some didn't. So I took one whole class to explain the question. At the end, I succeeded; every student in my class understood the problem clearly. Since I had already given homework, class ended with me recalling the inversion method.
In the afternoon, I went to a non-meal distribution and had food with friends.
In the 5th hour, I didn't get any substitution classes. So I prepared my lesson plan.
In the sixth hour, I got a substitution class in 9F. When I was searching for a class in 8D, I unexpectedly got a substitution in my 9F class. When I entered, students were writing notes. So I permitted them to complete the notes. But between writing notes they make disturbances, so I gave them punishment as they need to play some roles. But they didn't have the courage, so I asked them, if they were not able to perform individually, they didn't have the courage to make unnecessary disturbances in the crowd. Then they sit down silently and take down the notes.
In the last hour, I got a substitution class in 5J. It is very difficult to manage students in class 5J. They always fight. When I entered the class, many students came in with complaints. So I took the main fighter in the class and asked him to say sorry to all. After that, I called another student who beat the first child and asked him to say sorry. Then I said the importance of the word "sorry" in their lives. At the end of the class, they agreed to not fight and left the class.
The day ended with evening duty.
